Tony Iskander - Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Tony is a strategic and execution-driven finance leader with deep expertise in corporate finance, treasury, M&A, capital markets and restructuring. Known for his hands-on approach, he ensures strategies are not only developed but successfully executed. His ability to align stakeholders, mobilize teams, and drive execution has made him a trusted advisor and leader in high-stakes environments. As Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Stambrisk Consulting LLC, he provides CFO-level executive consulting services to companies across public and private markets, working alongside leadership teams to navigate complex financial challenges, execute growth strategies and strengthen operational foundations.

Prior to launching Stambrisk Consulting in 2024, Tony spent over seven years at Advance Auto Parts, where he held multiple senior leadership roles, including Interim Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of FP&A, Finance, and Treasurer. He played a key role in Advance Auto Parts’ $1.5 billion divestiture of its wholesale business and the acquisition of the DieHard® brand.

Before joining Advance Auto Parts, Tony spent more than a decade at Hillrom, where he held various finance leadership roles of increasing responsibility, including Executive Director of Finance and Executive Director, Finance Transformation. Earlier in his career, he built a strong foundation in accounting, financial reporting, internal audit, and treasury, working across multiple public companies. This experience gave him a strong foundation in financial controls, compliance, and operational finance, which continues to shape his leadership and decision-making.

Tony earned his bachelor’s degree in financial management from Indiana University and his MBA in finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
